When I write a Mail to a new contact of a company - Hubspots automatically creates the company and assigns the contact to the company. But the first mail doesn't show up at the company's site on hubspot.
Do you know what i can do?

There is no automatic way to do this, but you could manually associate the email to the company by following these steps.

Can you confirm if it's a tracking issue or a logging issue? Seems like it's a logging issue but you're talking about "tracking" on the subject so just want to make sure
Do you write the email via Gmail/Outlook or directly in the contact record? If via Gmail/Outlook, I understand that neither the contact or their company doesn't exist yet in HubSpot, is that correct?
