Gmail extension Log email same subject but from different contacts, does anybody have the same issue? All contacts with same subject are logged, is there anyone know how to fix this, thanks in adavnce!

while testing different things, @sky_hui can you tell me if you use the "forward" option in order to send the very same email to other clients? If yes, using "forward" copies the pixels that contain "logged" other contacts/companies and therefore you end up with hundreds of incompatibile contacts.
Can you tell me if that's the case? If yes, we might have solved that issue - one can't use forward option in email as it includes all other contacts in the new email.

And our sales rep is blocking her computer (slowing down significantly) after she sends emails, as hundreds of contacts are linked to it - making extension in chrome unusable.

Please find attached the current set-up for log & track.
Our goal is simple, we don't want the log mixed with different contacts, Because they are no relationship at all.

Has there been any update on this? We have the same problem using outlook where an email has been forwarded. It then logs to all contacts, creating multiple irrelevant records.
