Issue with Chrome Extension and importing templates

I'm trying to import a template that i've created from hubspot and there's an issue that keeps coming up that says... "Update your Chrome settings to enable HubSpot Sales Enable your sales tools in your Chrome extensions here. Then, reload Gmail."
I'm not sure what the issue is because...
1) My chrome IS up to date (verified)
2) My extension is enabled.
I found this...

... Any help?
