Is it possible to limit email syncing based on association labels?

Is it possible to have a Partner contact be associated to multiple end user Deals, and not sync their email communication to the deals based on an association label?

 

We have Channel Partners that have reps on many different end user deals, but their communication gets jumbled in all the deals they're associated to. They have an association label for other automations, is it possible to use those association labels to limit email communication? Any other possible solutions to this problem?

 

Our users use the Hubspot sales extension in Gmail.

To address the issue of email communication getting jumbled in multiple deals associated with a partner contact, you can follow these steps to prevent emails from logging on associated records:

You can customize which associated records the emails will automatically log to. For example, you can choose to only log emails to the record's associated tickect records or only to existing contacts in your CRM. 

 

  • Customize the default email associations by unchecking deals or other records you do not want emails to log to.

Thank you for the response. If I'm reading this correctly, I would be excluding ALL emails from logging to a deal. Ideally, we would still have emails being logged from our End User contacts, but we would be able to automatically exclude logging emails from our Partner contacts with an association label assigned to them.
