How do you insert a screen shot or some sort of image into a template?

Short A: It depends on the type of template (e.g., sales email, marketing email, etc.).

Longer A:

To insert an image into a HubSpot Sales email template ...

Hi, any images I'm inserting turn out to be huge once in the template and there doesn't seem to be any way of resizing them - help please!
