I am in the wrong domain and therefore cannot use Hubspot Sales

I registered on a new account in Hubspot, installed the Chrome Extension but when I tried to use the plugins on my new email , Hubspot sales wont appear on the email.

 

I found out that I am not connected on our main url.

 

Please help me about this matter

Have you already checked in the HubSpot settings whether it is successfully connected?

HubSpot provides instructions for connecting the extension, it may help you.
