Hi all,
I'm sending emails from gmail with all log and tracking boxes ticked and my email is synced however they do not track automatically (I have the extension enabled and all is in order). It only logs emails sent via hubspot itself.
Please advise.

Can I ask if you are sending emails from a mobile device? Sometimes these do not track within HubSpot. The following article may also be useful.

It looks like your HubSpot user is a free user? If so, this is expected behavior, as free users cannot track clicks. To be able to track the email you will need a paid Sales Seat.
