So, recently I've noticed that hubspot is grabbing incoming email and logs them into the CRM.
Normally, logged emails are those which you start by tracking and logging checks, which only starts once YOU initiate the email, and the reply threads are logged.
But, I'm talking about incoming marketing emails, updates, social inbox, etc..
It's cluttering my CRM, and I can't find where I can fix this!
I contacted HubSpot support, and Elle brushed it off as it's always been like this, but then I checked the knowledge base, and it clearly mentions that incoming emails aren't logged unless you started the email conversation.
