I am not able to receive my Hubspot notifications on Gmail.

There are multiple reasons why this might happen – assuming that you've already checked your spam folder, I'd recommend going through this troubleshooting list here.

Hi @JLakhani ,
Sometimes an issue like this can be resolve by resttings the notifiactions settings.
Click gear icon in the main navigation bar > Notifications. Under Email/dashboard, click Contacts and companies/Deals and do the resetting.

@webdew beat me to it, disabling and re-enabling all notifications might do the trick: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/how-to-set-up-user-notifications-in-hubspot

hi @karstenkoehler I have gone through these troubleshooting tips and have done the needful to make the notifications pop up on my gmail however they are still not showing up.
Can you suggest another alternative method?
