How to get the records check box option on gmail extension ?
resolver
Hello, I've only been using hubspot recently and I'd like how to get the records check box option when I write a mail with gmail, as in the image below (which is from a friend from another company that also uses hubspot.)
When I write a mail to one of my contacts, I have the log and the track checkbox ("consigner" and "suivre" in French) but I don't see the equivalent of "3/3 records" like in the first picture. Do I have to change some settings to get it? or is there another reason for that?
Thanks!
What I'd like to have (with the "3/3 records" option)what I have now
Thank you for the screenshots, they were really helpful to identify your goal.
Currently, this option is a beta in HubSpot "Email Associations in Gmail".
The option is still not available to all the portals, but I was able to connect with our team and add your account to this beta. ( More information about this feature here)

Good question, in the article that explains more about this feature it mentions that :
"If you include any recipients in the CC/BCC field, the records' associated objects will also be automatically selected. If you're sending the email to a recipient who isn't contacted in your CRM, a new contact record will be created. You'll see the contact's email listed when editing the associations. "
I don't really get this sentence because if it means that when I add a recipient in CC or BCC fields I should see their records in the list after this, it only works for recipients in the CC field and not BCC.
Here is what I have:
- with CC recipient:
cc recipient
- with BCC recipient:
bcc recipient But maybe it's normal and I just don't really have understood the right thing, thanks anyway for your help so far 🙂
Apologies on the delay, I was confirming with the team about this matter, and by default, we do not include bcc recipients. However, a user can manually search for the contact and add to the associations if it is already in CRM. If the recipient is not yet in the CRM, and the user must keep it in bcc, the user will need to add it to CRM first, then update the associations for the sent email.
