How to change automatically a contact's Lifecycle Stage when they unsubscribed

SOLVE

When a contact unsubscribed all, we want their Lifecycle Stage to change to Other automatically.

How can we do that?

SOLVE

Hi @LaraC,

 

This can be achieved with a simple contact-based workflow, but requires a Professional or Enterprise subscription. This is what the workflow would look like:

Without the automation capabilities of Professional or Enterprise, you'd have to create an active list, filtering for these contacts (Unsubscribed from all email is equal to True) and bulk edit these contacts in regular intervals.
