I have my gmail linked to the Hubspot account, but there are a number of external emails I need to exclude from being tracked in Hubspot. I thought that the solution to this would be to add those emails to the "deny" list in settings, but these emails are still showing up in the CRM when someone cc's them. How can I ratify this? Its a privacy issue and our organization is not allowed to put these emails in Hubspot or any external CRM.
