Help with a disappearing logo in my email signature
SOLVE
Hello. I copied and pasted my email signature, which includes my company logo. Everything pastes fine, but when I create new emails within Hubspot, the logo doesnt apear (just a small image icon). How can i fix this, as it's important to have the logo going out as part of my signature in tracked emails. Thanks for any assistance on this!
When you create your email signature in HubSpot there are two boxes. The top one is the backend coding that HubSpot uses to display your email signature. The images you use in your email signature will have to be stored images on the internet somewhere, and HubSpot is just going to pull that image from a link reference in your code section.
What I would do if I were you is create an email signature in something like Gmail, save it, and then copy and paste it into your HubSpot account. See if that works. If not, add this code into the top box of your edit signature page (the one with the code):
If you need a place to upload your logo to, first do so here http://tinypic.com/ and then get the url for your image after you upload it and use that url to insert in the code above.

I had the same problem. I was using a URL link from my Google drive. The link share settings were set so that only company employees could access them. Once I changed the settings to Public (anyone can find and view online) everything worked and displayed fine.

Rodrigo, I don't know for sure but I suspect that only people who have access to your Hubspot account will be able to see your logo. You might want to try saving your logo somewhere else on the web (I think mine is stored on our company's public web server) and then pointing the link to that file.

Thnks Ben, will try that. Byt still doesn't make complete sense, since when I send an email I can attach a pdf for example, that is hosted on hubspot server.

Me too. My logo isn't appearing in my emails although it is in my signature. In the emails there is whitespace where the logo should be. That whitespace is clickable and leads to our web site. So, the only thing missing is the logo picture.

Thanks for this advice - I just went to Tiny pics to do this and it's closing down - it seems to be redirecting to Photobucket where you have to pay a monthly subscription fee - all i want to do is have my company and my LI logo appear in my email signature when I track and log emails in Hubspot..... everything works fine if I just stick with Outlook - once I try to log and track in Hubspot the logos go missing and it looks unprofessional to my customers.
