Gmail synchronization problem

Hello everyone,

 

I'm looking for help to synchronize my Gmail account:

 

I created a Hubspot account a few months ago and then changed the email address on my account. I do have the Hubspot Chrome extension but I get an error message when I try to synchronize my new email address ("Sorry. HubSpot was unable to connect to your inbox.").

 

Here's the error code I get from Hubspot:

 

Request for https://api.hubspot.com/facsimile/v1/test/app/22712/email/lucas.beyet@nemitis.com failed with status 400.

Hello @LucasB 

Did you remove the current Gmail association at Settings - General - Email as per the screenshot?

Then, if your Gmail client is different, you should install Chrome Extension there and turn on Log and Track settings to receive leads to HubSpot.

After that, you should connect another email and it must work.
