Gmail not sync with hubspot

I'm have not been able to receive any of my e-mails into hubspot inbox from Gmail. Can this be corrected or fixed.

Having this problem since November 27th

Could you please confirm if you are expecting to receive emails to the Conversation section or you are expecting to see the emails on the contact record with the gmail extension?
