Hi,
Some of my colleagues have been logged out constantly and then they are unable to log back in to the extension. They will need to reinstall the extension almost every time. Is this a common problem here? How do I solved it?
Btw, I checked their chrome extension, there are no Ghostery nor any other extension.
However, they have 2-3 other gmail accounts that they will need to open. this could be the problem, but then again, is there a workable solution that enable opening multiple gmail in a single browser while not getting log out of Hubspot?
Because the Chrome extension is associated with the browser, and not specifically to one gmail inbox, if they have multiple gmail instances they are managing, the best way to resolve this issue is to create separate chrome profiles.

Checked everything one more time because the extension is still logged out and acting the same as before. Everything is updated and I'm on the correct Chrome profile. Oddly enough, everything works just fine on the other profile.

Yes, I've gone through all of the relevant settings changes.
Everything was set correctly, didn't need to make any changes.
I've updated Chrome and the extension was up to date.
The difference between the working extension and non-working extension is that the Chrome profile where it works, emails are logged. The profile where things aren't working, emails are not being logged. Tracking is on for both profiles.
Can you please provide additional information around how often this is happening? Additionally, can you share why you are using three profiles? If you can send along (either through here or direct message) the email addresses that you are using and which one is being impacted by this, that would be great!

I operate two companies, thus the additional profiles.
Also have a third profile for personal. This way nothing ever gets mixed up.
Just sent you a message with the email addresses.
Basically two of the profiles use HubSpot and the extension. The third does not.
The only difference is that one allows for email logging, the other does not.
I doubt this is the cause behind all of this but you never know.

I suppose I can live with it but it does get so annoying in having to constantly log into the system. Any time the browser has been closed, it requires me to re-login.
