Gmail Inbox will not connect

I have tried connecting my Hubspot account to Gmail numerous times, all with no success.

I was told to try following these steps (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email-tracking/hubspot-sales-does-not-appear-in-g...), which I did. I had no success at connecting my inbox to Hubspot.

The Gmail extension tells me I have to connect the inbox to Gmail, and Hubspot's settings show my inbox but say I need to reconnect it.

Help!

That didn't work, but it set me on the right path. I enabled IMAP in G Suite, which allowed me to connect to Hubspot. Thanks!
