It looks like you may be using your HubSpot in French, I just wanted to let you know we have a French community. You can access it by changing your language in your settings via the language switcher at the top left.
Regarding your issue, could you clarify what is happening exactly? Could you send us a screenshot? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide the better we can assist!
