Just wanted to ask a question. We used to be able to log emails by clicking "Log Emails" once we received them. We recently noticed, this is no longer working for us. We try to click "Log Email" and it thinks for a little, then nothing happens. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?
This includes making sure that Chrome is updated (the actual Google Chrome, not a Chrome based browser), the extension is updated, and that certain conflicting extensions are disabled.

Hello, I am having difficulty getting the Chrome extension to work for me with GMAIL. None of my GMAILs are logging into Hubspot. Can you help me please? I have updated Chrome per the note above.
