Failing to connect Google Apps account

Hi,

 

I have been trying to connect my work email address to a new Hubspot user account (google apps). I go through the process, and it says that it is connected. But every time I go back to the connection page in Settings, it says that the account is "Disabled". I have been through the loop multiple times, tried uninstalling the Gmail extension and reinstalling it and yet nothing works.

 

I fear that my email address might be associated with another Hubspot account. Are you able to help. Without this integration, will be very difficult for us to move forward.

Same issue here, the integration was working fine until it just randomly disconnected and now stuck in the loop where it says the connection was successful but actually was not.

Had a very helpful response from the Hubspot team.

 

Going into gmail settings > labels, make sure that both "all mail" and "drafts" are checked for "show in IMAP". Then try to connect inbox again... it worked for me when going through this sequence.
