Error message when I want to use a template within Gmail

Hi there,
when composing a new email in gmail and hitting the "template" button to insert one of my templates, I get an error message saying "app.hubspot.com refused to connect.". I am new to hubspot, so it is the first time that I am using this extension. What can I do to make it work as suppose to?
Certain extensions have been known to directly impact some of the tools within HubSpot. I would recommend disabling your browser extensions one by one to see if any of them are causing a backend conflict. Could you please disable your extensions?You can find herehow to do this.
If this doesn't work, could you please send me a screenshot with the error message you are receiving?
