Emails showing in teams activity report, but not on the contact's card

Hello,

 

I can see emails in my team's activity report, but when I go to check the full corespondence history on the contact's card, there is no sign of the emails.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Did your permissions recently change? Or is there a specific filter setup under the contacts activities?

Only your user is having this behavior?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
