Emails sent via Gmail are not recorded by default for new contacts
SOLVE
Hi all,
we've been using Hubspot integrated with Gmail via the Gmail Sales Extension and from yesterday the emails ceased to be recorded by default for new email addresses, regardless of the Log and track settings (see below).
They are still recorded by default for already existing contacts and the Track checkbox can be checked manually, but it does not happen automatically as it used to (and as we'd prefer it to be 🙂 ).
Any idea on why this is happening & whether it's intended behavior? If intended, is there any way to change this default setting?
This should help to log emails for new email addresses!
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
Thanks and have a wonderful day!
