Emails not logging

Hi, free user of Hubspot for 2+ years here. My emails (gmail) have stopped logging in the last few weeks. I haven't changed settings, I've tried adding the BCC into the email, but that also doesnt work. I use Gmail and have the Chrome extension for it. Never had an issue until the past few weeks

  • Please ensure that your HubSpot Chrome extension is enabled and up to date.
  • Check your Gmail settings within HubSpot to confirm email logging is turned on.
  • Verify that you're using the correct BCC address provided by HubSpot.
