Emails not linking to the company


For some reason very few emails I'm sending using the chrome extension for Gmail are linking to both company and contact. Most of the time it's only linking to the contact. Has something changed? This never used to happen.

I am not aware of a recent change to that functionality. I track emails the same way and not experiencing the same issue. 


I'm not certain it will help with this issue, but many browser-based issues can be resolved by clearing your cache. Potentially removing and re-adding the extension could help as well. Maybe give that a shot to see if it resolves the issues?
