Hello. We use Gmail and I have noticed that sometimes and email will show up in the inbox but won't show up in Hubspot. Instead its going straight to the deal. I was wondering if anybody can help me?

I recommend checking the article Log email replies in CRM that explains which emails can be logged in HubSpot automatically and goes through the requirements that need to be met for an email reply to log in the CRM. The article also has a troubleshooting section which might be helpful.
