My emails are getting logged but not tracked despite having both boxes checked and the bcc being added by hubspot.
I'm using Gmail and Chrome with the Hubspot extension. I've removed the extension and added it again to no avail.
I've been using the same computer and setup now with hubspot for 3 years with no issues at all. Seems to have started 3/1/22.
Chat with Hubspot didn't find any issues on their end and since I'm using the free version.......well you know.

I would recommend you uninstall the extension and disconnect your Gmail account from HubSpot.
Then clear all the info and try to set it up again.
