Email replies not being tracked in HubSpot

I used to be able to track my e-mails in Gmail, no problem. Now, I do not even see the Hubspot CRM check box in my compose e-mail box. Tried to reinstall the extension - no effect.

Hi @gtamir613  We are seeing your account as enabled. This HubSpot Acadamy help page has several troubleshooting steps to try if the Sales extension is not appeearing in Gmail. Please let me know if this solves your issue.

Hi, I'm having the same issue.  Three of my other accounts my email tracking is enabled but my main account it is not, even though Hubspot is showing it as enabled and I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.  Help, please and thank you!
