Hi guys,

just started working with the free CRM and love it, thinking about upgrade to Sales Pro but I'm struggling with the Gmail extension mainly because we are not able to do two simple tasks that my team and I are used to use.

 

1) Send an email reply within the Hubspot CRM

2) Add a deal with the Gmail extension while adding the contact to Hubspot.

 

Am I missing something or we are not able to do these?

@StefanD, 

 

1. Replying to emails from within HubSpot: Not currently possible, see conversation here and link to idea you can vote for in the ideas forum. 

 

2. Adding deal from gmail sidebar: Not currently possible. The sidebar is specific to the contacts you're emailing so to take action in your CRM you'll need to log into HubSpot.
