Is it possible to get email tracking for all correspondence with an email associated with an account regardless of which email client I use - desktop, web or mobile?

Hi @vantechguy,
HubSpot Sales for Gmail only works as an extension in your Chrome browser (with Gmail web, that is). Mobile apps are not supported (except for the HubSpot app itself). The only email client that has a HubSpot Sales extension is Outlook. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales
If you were to send an email from your Gmail app on your phone or a client other than Outlook, HubSpot will not embed the invisible one-pixel image. The emails would not be tracked automatically.
You can of course still log emails to the HubSpot CRM using the BCC email address, without the tracking capabilities.
Hope this helps!

If you log your emails in HubSpot using Threads then it will also pick up emails sent from your desktop, web or mobile app.
