Yes, that can be done. To the right of the contact's email address you will see a link to CC. Click that and then choose an existing contact by typing their name, or if they aren't already in your CRM, you can just manually type the full email address.

That looks like Pablo is just not a contact in your CRM yet. You can add his full email address to the CC field manually, or you can add him as a contact and then he should be available to search!

Pablo is in our CRM, at XYZ company, not Hope and Heal. I thought the pull down list forced you to choose but I see I can type manually. Which is fine except that I'd like the cc: to Pablo to show up under XYZ company tracking.
Thanks for clarifying! If Pablo is a contact in your CRM, you should be able to CC him on this email without typing the address manually - even though he is at a different company.
