Contact preview in Gmail does not show

I have extensions added in Gmail to be able to see contacts and their information such as name, email, birthdate, lead source, etc in Gmail. As of recent, it only shows their name and the task and forces me to open the full page instead of previewing their information on the side of Hubspot. 

 

I've turned on the developer option, cleared cache uninstalled and reinstalled the extension in Gmail and nothing brings it back.
