Connecting Hubspot Extension does end in redirect loop

Following Situation:

Using Google Work Space:

1. Klicking the Hubspot Extension Icon in Gmail indicates that there is not link to hubspot

2. Kick to connect opens hubspot Login Form

3. Login is confirmed, for a second there is a orange bar on the right sight in gmail flckering, then gmail redirect to the start page / reloads. after that still no link is established.

no other extensions are installed, hubspot sales in the latest version

Hi @MHartmann5, I hope you are doing well!

One of the reason you are in a login loop could be because you haven't select and account for the sync to log your data. After selecting the account, you should be able to log in to the extension.

A review of how to access the email extension settings:

• In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
• In your left sidebar menu, navigate to General.
• Click the Email tab.
• Click Email extension settings to expand the section.
