Are you trying with a phone/or laptop? Would you mind trying with another browser/another machine?
If this is still happening, could you please confirm that the error is showing up when you follow these steps:
Sign in with Google (or Log in with SSO) > tap on Sign in with Google > The next message is "Hubspot" Wants to Use "google.com" to Sign In and I tap on Continue> then choose the Google account you want to connect to > error
If this is the case, that error is most likely coming from Google and is likely related to permissions/access HubSpot is requesting to the Google account. Could you loop in your IT Team to see what type of admin policy is set up here?
