My chrome extension is not working (grey icon). I tested it by sending test messages, it shows them but doesn't show that they have been opened. I updated the browser, deleted and set up the extension again. Please, could you help me?

Are you still experiencing this issue? Please ensure your Chrome browser and HubSpot extension are up to date. This was a known issue that has since been resolved, so please let us know if you're still experiencing this issue.
