Can't log emails to Hubspot

I have the Google Sales extension and I also have Super admin access but when i try to log emails to my Hubspot I don't seem to have permission?

My email is connected.

Have you linked the GMail extension to the correct HubSpot portal, in case you have access to more than one single portal?

I've actually uninstalled the chrome extension and reinstalled it twice and it seems to be working now.
