Add contact or domain to Never Log list inside Gmail

When I begin sending a new email in Gmail, Hubspot helpfully asks me if I want to create a contact for the person I am sending the email to. If it's a sales email, that's great!

However, if I'm emailing the tax authority about paying my taxes, its irrelevant. It's also annoying when I forget to turn off the "Log" checkbox becasue after sending the email, Hubspot has helpfully added my accountant as a contact. 

Now, I really wish that I could sell my adventures the tax authority, but I don't think that will happen any time soon! So I have to manually go into Hubspot and add the tax authority domain to the "Never Log" list in Email Integrations - whcih works but requires going to a sepearate place. 

If it is currently possible to add a contact to the "Never Log" list in the Chrome extension please could someone explain how to do that. 

And if it is not currently possible to add a contact to the "Never Log" list in the Chrome Gmail Extension, Hubspot, please could you add this functionailty to the Chrome Gmail Extension, as it would be helpful multiple times per day.
