I have a client targetting two completely discrete sets of contacts that they want to outreach from the same email.
Given that each group will follow slightly different cycles/pipelines, we are considering have two separate instances for each group.
Given that both instances will use the same user email address, I am wondering what the Email logging implications are to minimize contact creation in the wrong instance.
Put differently - I as a sales user log into my Gmail and decide to outbound Chris and Bob. The Chris email should go to instance 1 and the Bob email should go to instance 2. What's the best way to configure this for ease of use? Is the 2 instance solution not the way to go?
When you say "instances", what are you referring to, please? Are you using business units? 2 HubSpot accounts? Lists? A custom property? Where in HubSpot can you find the 2 instances/the 2 sets of contacts?
So, when sending sales emails from you Gmail, you'd like to automatically log an email into 1 instance. Please correct me if that's not the case.

I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @NicoleSengers, @Alex_Elborn and @Ben_M do you have suggestions to help @crmhbb, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
