HubFans is open to everyone, and all Community members with an active community profile are welcome to join.
In rare cases, you may encounter an error while trying to access HubFans content. If you are unable to view active challenges within the HubFans area, please take the following steps:
Ensure you are logged into the Community
Start a new session by logging out and logging back into the Community
Clear your browser’s cache
