How to create a report that will check how many meetings are scheduled and how many have taken place?

Hey @jrtbv, thanks for reaching out!

There are a bunch of default HubSpot reports around meetings that should help you get what you're after. If you head to Reports > Reports > Create report > Data sources and type Meetings into the search bar, you'll be able to check the box and see the meetings reports HubSpot has already made for you:

You'll be able to see total meetings booked, meetings by rep, and more. Hope this helps!!
