Using Cookiebot trouble with the HubSpot firewall

we want to use Cookiebot on our HubSpot SLPs and therefore we asked Cookiebot, how many premium licenses we would need for this.
They tried to scan our primary and secondary domains, but all the sites reported back to having just one subpage. They say this is likely due to a firewall or IP addresses not being let through.
For the website scans that are part of the Cookiebot subscription, they scan from the following IPs:
My question: How can we whitelist these IP adresses?
