I think i've got a bit of a dilemma, so I'm hoping someone can offer some guidance!
I've been asked to somehow put our 'manage communication preferences' into our Privacy Policy, which is on our website. I'm currently struggling with how go about doing that.
I can't link to the manage preferences page directly from the privacy policy because it works through email, or is there another way to just have the link to our manage preferences page when the customer has accessed the privacy poilcy on our website?
Alternatively, is there a way to have a form with the different subscription options which then links to a workflow that will remove the customer from whichever subscription option they've chosen?

That would be the best way to go about it, in my opinion.
Create a separate form that just asks for the email address.
Create a dropdown that has all subscriptions as options + an unsubscribe from all email.
Create a workflow that enrolls contacts based on the form submission in step 1.
Use an if/then branch to branch by the option selected (step 2), then use the 'Manage communication subscriptions' workflow action to opt the contact out based on their choice.
