I have manually opted out several contacts on our database but when I view them in the contacts list (as shown below) only a handful of clients are showing as opted out?
Can anyone advise why this is happening and how I can rectify it?
There are multiple properties which show subscription and opt out information. If you opt out a contact of all email, then this change will be documented in the property Unsubscribed from all email.
In your screenshot, you're looking at Opted out of email marketing information. As you can see, HubSpot doesn't update the individual subscriptions when you opt them out of all communication.
Even if the Opted out of email properties don't have a value, HubSpot will automatically suppress these contacts from receiving emails of any subscription type – so you should be all set.
