Old client re-engagement

SOLVE

I am moving our database of customers from one system to HubSpot. It includes clients we worked with, but haven't been in contact with for a while. I would like to get in touch with them about potentially working together again etc.

My question:
When I want to upload a CSV file there's this tickboximage.pngMy main concern is the "have emailed them at least once in the past year" part.

In terms of re-engagement, how can I keep everything GDPR compliant?
The first thing that comes to mind is a disclaimer at the bottom of the email or an obvious link to our privacy policy.

How should I go about this?
Let me know if I can provide any more clarity.

Any help is apreciated and thanks in advance!

You should be fine with the list. However, I would do email sends in batches to try and re-activate depending on the size of your list and establish your relationship in the email. This is all about best practices and Hubspot protecting itself to ensure you are not going out and buying lists to spam.
