Multiple forms on one page, do they all need consent text

SOLVE

We have a couple of pages that are being built that contain multiple forms that can be completed by, new and known visiotors to our website.

Do we need to have the GDPR consent text on each form or just one of the forms on the page?

Short A: Yes. Absolutely. However, clearly a question for your legal team.

Longer A:

Disclaimer: Not an attorney. Don't work for HubSpot.

Each form is treated by HubSpot as an independent lead-capture entity. In other words, HubSpot forms aren't 'linked' to each other in any way (even if they appear on the same page).

As such, each lead-capture entity should present the visitor with proper consent language (appropriate for its context) to comply with GDPR. Again, clearly a question for legal.

It may be helpful to explain your use case -- i.e, WHY we're using multiple HubSpot forms on the same page.

Can't wait to see what we can help you build on HubSpot today.

Best,
