Hi Hubspot Hive-Mind: I have a small conundrum. We occasionally receive contacts from external sources in which DOI is collected (also for us) and thus GDPR compliant. When I import these contacts into Hubspot, we don't legally need to have them re-confirm their email addresses, but at the moment the option to manually update the email confirmation status is grayed out – for both my colleague and I. We are both Super Admins for our Hubspot account and haven't had this issue before. Can anyone shed some light? Is anyone else having the same issue at the moment?
We have Marketing Hub Enterprise and as I said, this has never been an issue before. The contacts in question are already marked as Marketing Contacts and have the right subscriptions selected. It's just the official DOI in the system that I need to manually update. (We don't use the system DOI Mails as we have 8 languages to deal with but have the function turned on and a workaround developed with our Hubspot Agency, so this is also not a blocker.)
See image - my Hubspot is in German but the issue is clear. In this example I only have one contact selected - no group - and it still won't let me do anything.
Could you confirm that the double opt-in in the settings is enabled? As far as I know, this option only becomes available with the double opt-in enabled.

Hey @karstenkoehler , thanks for the speedy reply. The Double Opt In in the setting was enabled - looks like we ended up in the new multilingual DOI Beta and that is now off in order to not override our handmade DOI. I'm scheduling a meeting with our agency now - didn't realize this would have been turned off. Will check back if that doesn't fix it.
