Some subscription types cannot be archived or, if it's possible, they might reappear if tools are still referencing it. This default behaviour can unfortunately not be changed.
If you want to hide them from the preference page, this is possible via editing the page CSS.

If you archive or delete this subscription type HubSpot will automatically recreate it as It helps HubSpot to log emails that are sent externally so It's not possible to completely remove It.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Unsubscribe no, subscribe yes - but it removes the ability to add any checkbox for a subscription type. Happy to elaborate if you want to go this path.
Can you share a bit more context as to why you wouldn't just ignore the additional subscription types? That's what I'd recommend.
