Disabling opt-in email for selected contacts.

I've imported a list into HubSpot and sent out emails to the imported list. 


However, I get the following message: 


Emails to x recipients weren't sent. These recipients haven't subscribed to double opt-in emails, so this email couldn't be sent to them.


I want to disabled double opt in for these contacts so they recieve the email directly. Is this possible?

I don't believe so. From my understanding, the way you'd accomplish this would be to disable double opt-in as a setting and then set up a custom property and a workflow to trigger an email for those contacts based on that property.



You can update their "marketing email confirmation" property manually - just check the box for the contacts you want to opt in, click on more and "update double opt in status".


After doing so, enroll them in the workflow or try sending the email. It should work now.
