Hubspot support says the new HubSpot form builder only allows you to set one default privacy/consent text for all forms, and this text cannot be customized per individual form or brand via the standard Data privacy options field.
To show brand-specific privacy text on forms, follow these steps:
In the form editor, remove the defaultData privacy optionsfield.
Add arich text fieldfor your brand’s unique privacy message.
Enter the brand-specific privacy statement manually in this field.
Save and publish the form.
Preview your form to confirm the correct privacy text appears for the intended brand.
We're running multiple brands and bare minimum need the option to edit the data privacy text witin the form to reflect the correct brand on the form. We used to have this feature before the new form builder came out. It would be even better if you could set the default privacy text per brand.
Generally, the new form builder is still a new product which is also lacking other features the legacy editor has. I'm sure all of these items are on the roadmap. Unfortunately, we just have to be patient.
