Contacts

SOLVE

Some contacts didn't receive an email I sent.  I have identified those contacts, if I convert those contacts into a new static list, will they still remain on the active list.

Hi @EKendall75,

 

Yes, creating a new list does not remove contacts from old lists (unless you have specifically configured this via a new beta setting).

 

You can think of lists as filters. By creating a new list, you're creating new filters.
